i found the rooms very spacious. breakfast had many choices and the staff were nice. the hotel is close to the bts station, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. i found several good restaurants nearby, very convenient.

sewage smell plumbing issue

The reception staff were okay, i guess. Not much to complain about there.

my room smelled like sewage sometimes, it was a real problem. they moved me to another room but the smell persisted. i think it was the plumbing so the hotel should really address this issue, it ruined my stay a LITTLE.

The hotel is right next to the BTS station. I found this very convenient. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the amazing view from the large windows.
